The window sticker that was returned to you was a small token for your Collection of the “Lost Year” 2020
April 29, 2021
On behalf of Albany rods and customs,
I would like to let our registrants know that the window sticker that was returned to you (sent out with your new 2021 registration packets) was a small token for your Collection of the “Lost Year” 2020.
IMPORTANT! - We will continue, as usual, to ask that you drive though the registration welcome area, on Fort William Henry, on the days of our show. As the current show chairman, we greatly appreciate your support, from show vehicles to spectators, to continue our annual show.
See you in September!
2021 Show Registrants Update
March 15, 2021
We are planning the 2021 show as a "GO".
More detailed information will be forthcoming in June/July. Last years 2020 show registrations will be re-mailed this April (2021) as new entry numbers will be issued. The acutal registrations from 2020 will not be used/accepted as 2021 entries however, if you've been successfully registered for 2020 then please expect the "NEW" registrations for 2021 shortly in the mail during April.
Your new registration numbers will be the only way into the show on the Fort William Henry grounds during show weekend.
Regarding the plans for the 2021 show, we will follow what we are allowed to do, within state/local mandates and as we proceed forward with planning we are expecting another successful show.
Please keep an eye out in the mail and we are very much looking forward to seeing you all again. We can't wait!
Thank you for your patience this year,
ARK Nationals Management
Letter from the Chairman
July 15, 2020
On behalf of Albany Rods and Kustoms, I would like to take a moment to thank everyone for your support of the Adirondack Nationals.
Many years of hard work with the Village of Lake George, Fort William Henry, our volunteers, past members and current members has been put into hosting this event every year.
We know many of you plan your vacations to Lake George during our car show weekend. If you still plan to travel to Lake George during this time, we ask that respect and follow all guidelines and local laws that are in place.
With your help on these matters, Adirondack Nationals, car show participants and spectators will be welcomed back for many years by the Village of Lake George, Fort William Henry and the residents of Lake George.
Stay healthy and safe and we will see you next year at the “Adirondack Nationals” 2021, always the weekend after Labor Day.
Chairman, Albany Rods & Kustoms
It’s with great disappointment that we have to announce that the 2020 Adirondack Nationals Car show is canceled this year.
July 15, 2020
Due to the Covid-19 situation and it impact on the public’s health and wellbeing, we had made the incredibly difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Adirondack Nationals Car Show. It’s always been our first priority to our car show participants, guest, volunteers and members to have their safety and well being first.
We understand the impact of the Adirondack National car show being canceled. We would not be able to follow the current guidelines from the CDC and other agencies in order to have a safe show. We will continue to plan for next year’s car show being held on September 9-12 2021. We will be transferring over this year’s registrations to secure your spot for 2021! We ask that if you are in need of a refund and do not want to hold your spot for next year that you please send us a self-addressed stamp envelope to: Albany Rods & Kustoms Inc. Attn: Registration P.O. Box 14054 Albany, NY 12212 with your registration packet.
For those registered car show participants who will be holding their secured spot, you do not need to do anything! In March of 2021 you will receive your updated registration packet in the mail. We look forward to seeing everyone in 2021!

Letters from Patrons
Dear Albany Rods & Kustoms,
I just want to send you a note expressing my appreciation for your club. Last year while in line to get into the show, my distributor module failed, leaving me stranded in the road near the entrance. Your members did not hesitate to proceed to push me in! Not only onto the grounds…but around the hotel to where the rest of my club was already parked! That was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. I was able to get a module from one of the show vendors that day. I got it into the car and was able to get back to No. Central Massachusetts without a problem. I just want to let you know, I think you have a great club and I really enjoy the show.
Thank you, Ed McNeil
